OS X mail app quits when I set selected emails as junk

Anybody have any idea why the mail application quits when I select certain emails and then select the junk button?



I wonder if some ahole spammer has figured out a way to make the mail app

crash when you set certain selected emails as junk mail. I noticed now that ALL my emails that were marked as junk now come in as regular mail. Maybe they can screw with your preferences??

The problem probably lies in a corrupted LSMMap2 file (~/Library/Mail/LSMMap2)



Here is a solution (read replies though, I think the same can be achieved from a junk filter reset)



I think this also destroys any rules you have set, so be careful.
