A new mac

Hi



Ive got a 600mhz imac at the min and thats kinda starting to feel slow when playing any new games or using photoshop. So i wanted to upgrade, i play games so it needs to be at least 700mhz and have 32megs graphics card + i am most likly to go to uni in a years time so any suggestions on what I should get. Oh yea im not that rich.

    What games? Some are much more demanding than others. An iBook can handle some stuff, but there's a lot out there it cant. As a gamer, you'll likely want somethign that you can upgrade the video card in. The only thing in Apple's line that makes sense for gamers are the Powermacs. I'd get the fastest one you can afford. Keep in mind most games don't make proper use of dual processors.
