I have a new 12-inch Aluminum Powerbook?
Is the need for a display/keyboard cover still an issue?
Cheers

Not an issue on my 15" AlBook
only time i've seen any marks on my screen was when i had it in a bad w/ a lot of other stuff, so its was pressed together.
The screen sits above the keys when it is closed. You can actually see the gap if you look closely.

...which happens a lot.
I suggest putting something in there. The larger gap actually makes for a harder impact when the computer is squeezed.
