Weird DCGUI-QT 0.2.20 Occurance

Ok so I decided to reinstall Fink/X11 etc to use the latest stable release of DCGUI-QT, which is version 0.2.20. I get everything going and when I try and launch DCGUI-QT it looks all weird. Below is a pic:







Can anyone help? I'll post this pic at the official DCGUI board as well...
