Questions About Starting My Own Message Board

Hey all. I've been wanting to start my own message board but all the free ones I've seen make you use their domain/your_domain as the URL. I want it like it is here: http://forums.domain.com. I have a no-ip account that I'd like to use and I'd like my forums' address to be forums.darwinanime.no-ip.com. Can anyone help?
