This Pennsylvania House Representative shoved a wad of paper into his YEA button and went home. Apparently this happens all the time.

Ahhhh, the sweet smell of Democracy in action.

That's great. Crazy lazy ass politicians.

    Quote:

As a new session day was about to begin Feb. 9, Rep. Marie Lederer stood up, turned to her left, and tried mightily to shove something into the green button belonging to her row-mate and fellow Philadelphia Democrat, Rep. Bill Keller.

Rep. Rosita Youngblood (D., Phila.), seeing that Lederer, 76, was having trouble, offered to help. Together, the two completed the task, and Keller voted "yea" for hours before eventually showing up shortly before the day's session ended.
