Question: FileVault Creates Temporary Items Folder?
Just a quick query:
I recently decided to try out FileVault on my PowerBook (after backing up of course ). So I did and it seems to work perfectly fine. But now I have this new folder named "Temporary Items" in my home directory
I deleted it and it came back at some point. Is this supposed to happen? And why? If I'm supposed to just leave it alone I will, but I like to know what's going on
Oh...and another question while on the subject of FileVault. Does the disk image that gets created need to ever be repaired at all (vis fsck for example)? And has anyone seen any problems when doing a backup (e.g. using CCC)?
That is all

Second, since the home directory is now a mounted volume my Applescript for backup no longer works as it can't find my files. There might be a work around but I haven't had a chance to work on that yet.
