    the girl accusing kobe gave away her case last week. she asked the judge to set a trial date because she "wants to get on with her life." if kobe was truly guilty and this girl was raped or whatever, she wouldnt care what happened as long as justice was served. if youre gonna falsely accuse a superstar of something to try and win lots of money, dont say that youre tired of hate mail and prelim hearings so you can move past the incident.
