    well it seems like theres some sort of apple anniversary every week, whether its for a product, the company, or steve jobs.



    i just dont think its a big deal anymore, especially since this 20th anniversary year has been crap so far except for the mini.

    Lets see so far this year we have had -



    3rd anni of OSX

    10th anni of the powermac

    20th anni of the mac

    28th anni of apple



    and none of them even got a blip on the apple.hq radar...

    yes i am in much agreement but to the original post in this thread the anniversary was in late January so thats why you probably haven't found one

    No, I'm not talking about the anniversary of the mac(which was in jan., and which I found a thread for) I'm talking about the BIRTHDAY or APPLE.



    this isn't even about an anniversary, or a significant date. 28 years ago today, apple computer was founded, that's all. happy birthday apple.

    oh yes my bad stupid me but i don't think that 28 is an essensial number by any chance. maybe if thats your open spot in bingo so i think in 2 years it will be a celebration of a time

    Yeah, I was just surprised that a board of ravenous mac-geeks didn't even stop to recognize the birthday of their favorite fruit company.
