    I have *never* understood thumb-boards (you have to use your thumb tips, the keyboard is so small), but some people (the Japanese) seem to love them.

    Unfortunately we're too encroached in QWERTY, but It would be neat to see another system that was designed to work with just one hand. I dunno how feasible it'd be on a portable device, but maybe it'd be doable...hmm
