Specs on CD-RW drive ::

does anyone know the tech specs for the CD-rw drive that came in the cube? and the combo drive?



burn-proof? etc.?



does having the optical drive & the hd on the same ide channel cause higher inaccuracies [higher jitters?] when burning?

    I'm not positive on the specs of the Cube's drive, but my iBook's drive is a 8x burner with BurnProof. Hope this helps some.

    I don't know all of the specs, but I know it's 8x.
