on-line music costs to creep?

It seems to me the $0.99 price is a bit high, if anything (OK for me, I guess, but it does give me pause, and I'm in a two-income household). Yup, CD prices sure have come down.

    I haven't noticed CD prices dropping. They are still pretty high for me. $0.99 for a song is also a little high but at least I don't have to buy the whole album. (With the exception of many of the most popular songs)



    I can buy a DVD for $4.99 at Fry's. Why does a CD cost $18 but I can burn one for $0.07? That doesn't seem right to me.\
