How does a brother get banned round here?

How many times does an individual have to be banned under different user names before the individual him / herself is banned permanently?



Personally, I feel that (say) *HALF A DOZEN* times should qualify the Mods to play 'whack-a-mole' with someone.



Not thinking of anyone specific, obviously.

    there are some logistical issues with banning some accounts. it's not as easy as one would think.
