I recently joined .Mac and now I have a problem. It says my iDisk is full, but its empty. Am I maybe not deleting files correctly, if so, how do I do it correctly? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Logan

Give us some more info. Do you use it for a homepage? Backup? What sort of things are you keeping on it? Can you tell us what it's full with?

Well I tried loading 20 or so pictures to the pictures folder to use on homepage, but it said error loading or something and now theyre not on the iDisk but their storage space is used up.

In other words, there's nothing on it but it says there is.

Check the Apple support pages to find out if there's an easy solution. If not, contact Apple and tell them. Surely they've got a way to fix it for you.

This is really disappointing of .mac. iDisk should run better than this, but so far I've found it is slow and unreliable.
