powerbook G4 mouse button RUSTED!
Has anyone else had mouse button weirdness?
I am on my 4th repair of my mouse button to my powerbook G4 550 combo.
It keeps developing a tiny spot which over time will grow and spread into a weird rash over the button.
In US terms it creates blotches the size of a dime - in UK terms about the size of an old half penny.
I hardly use the button and use a mouse so it is so strange how prone to rust? it is.
It is like a rust of sorts - the bare metal shows through.
Most odd?
Am I alone in this or anyoen else had similiar problems....at least apple repair it each time!
