Noise filters in Final Cut Express

I'm shooting a movie this weekend (finally), and I'm concerned about the sound quality. I have a boom mic, but it's not the best, and realistically (unless Purdue University makes an exception for me) I'm going to have to use the built in mic on a Canon ZR-90. Is there a decent noise filter built into FCE that anyone has had success with? Thanks in advance!
