I was wondering if anyone has had problems with non Apple wireless keyboard and mouse packages. I was after a package that works fine with PANTHER. The use of the hot keys would also be nice if possible, are they programable with OSX?. please let me know!

Is microsofts current wireless range compatible? Logitech's MX range. I haev looked at the boxes and they dont specifically mention osx nor do they have the logo.

Let me know.

Also with the apple function button (next to space bar on left side) is there a key which can be used for this on the aforementioned keyboards??

Thanks in advance!

Both Microsoft and Logitech have driver software that lets you arrange the keys on the keyboard to work just like on a regular Mac keyboard. Logitech's keyboard also has two sets of markings - along the tops of the keys are the Windows markings (Alt, Windows, Ctrl) and along the bottoms are the Apple markings (Apple, Option, Ctrl). The drivers let you customize all the hot keys along the top, and they should all work fine with your Mac. Also, even if you don't download the drivers, you'll still be able to use the basic key inputs for typing, changing volume, or opening the CD drive.
