Apple Store Genius Bar

Does anyone here work at the Apple store? If so, I have questions:





Whats the Genius Bar like? Any suggestions or comments would be great.



How much does it pay?



How many hours do you work?



What are the questions like? Mostly "iApp" stuff? Or do you get challanging geeky stuff?



Is it salary? Hourly?



Does the Genius Bar person also do tech work in back?



Does Apple provide much hardware/softeare/OS training? If so, is it on site or do you fly to a location?



I am considering taking a position, and would like more info.

the thing i know for sure is that the geniuses do have to know tons of stuff about Mac's--both hardware and software. I believe they also do repairs.
