Can't get rid of a Norton Component

A long time ago I installed Norton Systemworks, and hated it (surprise), so I simply uninstalled it. Well, ever since then there's a window that has been popping up every time I startup or log in. There is a check box to not have it pop up anymore, but I want to get rid of it. I've checked Frameworks, Preferences, and just about everything else looking for this file. Any suggestions?

    it asks me for a password and nothing i'm typing is working.
