Requesting help from the GODS....lost pass...

For the life of me i cant remember the user name and password for login i put on my little sisters computer as an administrators account. and when i started it up now i cant get in . Ineed help urgently. is there any way around this stupid error of mine.

    1 - Insert Mac OS X Install CD 1

    2 - Restart your Mac whilst holding the C key

    3 - Choose 'Reset Password..' from the Installer menu

    4 - There is no Step 4.
