Powerbook Upgrade Cards??
I have a question about Powerbook upgradability.
With the release of new Powerbooks today, I am very temted to purchase a 15" model. I am curious though as to how upgradable they will be in the future. Right now i am still using a Wallstreet that I have upgraded with a 500Mhz G4 Bluechip which has extended the life of this computer considerably.
So my question is, are these books built in a way that will allow a similar upgrade. Throw in a 3GHz G5 a couple years after I buy this to double its life just like I did with my last computer, or will this be impossible?
Thoughts??
Thanks

Impossible.
I assume it is because the processor is no lnger on a daughter card like the G3s were, is this right?
and so there wiull be no way to upgrade the proc?

It's soldered to the motherboard.
Oops... I thought you talking about the graphics cards. Who knows? I doubt you'll ever be able to upgrade it to a G5 though.
G3, and G4 were not all that different. G4, and G5 are. I suppose in time they'll figure it out, but it'll be a long time before that happens.
