He's right on the money. There are issues with Apple hardware just like there is with all hardware, but it's no worse and I would venture to say that it's better than the rest of the industry. Is it as good as it was in the Quadra days? Not even close, but now that all your tech toys are made in the East I doubt that we will ever see those days again.
