I have the new imac, but i hate the audio out set up. I have several speaker sets and wouldn't mind at least running two at the same time (especially since one of them came with a subwoofer). Is there an adapter for the pro speakers? I was wondering if anyone has troubleshooteed this problem. The old imac had 3 speaker jacks and this problem was nonexistent. I like the new speakers but what`s the use if you can't add to the wall of sound.

Any ideas?

You could add an isub...not a perfect solution to your problem. It does make the balls sound better though.

You can go to RadioShack (or whatever) and pick up a standard headphone splitter. Shouldn't cost more than $5.

I don't have one myself, but I've been eyeing it greedily for a while. You plug it into your USB port and then you hook up your analog speakers to it.
