Fire vs Adium

Now that Fire has released their 1.0 Version and Adium is working toward a 2.0-like I'd like to ask what the pro's and con's of each app are.



Or is everyone using iChat, AIM or IRC? ... or even Yahoo Messenger?

    I used Fire, then switched to Adium X when that appeared.



    Then Fire 1.0 appeared... using that now. More compatibility than Adium X, much improved interface from previous versions.

    I've been using Adium since 1.4 something, I think, maybe 1.5. Soince I installed OS X, anyway, I came here looking for recommendations on how to make AIM for OS X not suck and Jonathan (whatever happened to him) and Brad pointed me to Adium It's treated me very well. I am now using Adium X .52 and I love it. No reason for me to switch to anything else.
