Attach an image here...

Don't kill me, but when trying to attach an image to here, the popup has me a bit perplexed. Can someone tell the the obvious thing I am overlooking??

    1. Host the image on a server on the Internet.

    2. Get the image's URL.

    3. Put the URL between the IMG tags in your post.
