iPod high quality recording!
From the new iPod firmware download page:
"Support for the Apple Lossless Encoder, to enable compressed music encoding at high quality"
Does anyone have the voice recorder, or even better, the one with the line in jack? I would love to know what the options are. Does this max out at 128k mp3? Perhaps they will eventually add encoding support for their loseless format, I would snatch up a 40 gig in an instant! Anywho, this is one step closer to my wishes... If they add built in loseless encoding and encoding through the unit itself, it would be perfect in my opinion.
