I have a 15" Ti powerbook - first with superdrive. Worked beautifully for 12 months but decided it longer wants to accept disks of any description. Disk goes in...clunk...clunk...disc comes out. Does anyone have any advice for me before I drop my trousers and bend over for a repair man?

I have a 15" Ti Powerbook with the exact same problem with my superdrive. I have tried every concievable thing I have seen but with no working results (unfortunatly). I am forced to use my 256mb flash memory card to transfer data back and forth but its very limiting. Please let me know if you come across any fixes or even how much the repair costs are if you decide to take that route.
