G4 iBook display flickering

I have a 14' G4 iBook released around Christmas, every once in a while my display will flicker like I am changing the brightness. It will occur in every application and with or without the power adapter plugged in. I have deleted the power configuration with no luck. I read resetting the PRAM will not fix any issues with the display in OS X. Any ideas???

    It's still under warranty. Visit an Apple Store or call Apple about it.
