Only Apple could create this cult frenzy
What other computer company (or any other industry) out there can create this sort of hysteria about their new products every year?
Certainly, not Dell or Compaq. Sure Microsoft does to some extent with XP, but usually through their own hype and not by the loyal users. And with Apple, it's every year or even twice a year.
You've got to hand it to Steve Jobs. You can criticize him for many things but one thing he knows is how to build culture (some say cult) that hang on every word he or Apple issues.
