using ffmpegX to convert .wmv files to .avi

can anyone help me? I have converted the files 3 times... it "says" it is completed and it worked fine... but the file itself doesn't show up where I saved it to.



anyone want to walk me through the steps to convert wmv to avi?

    AFAIK, I don't think current release of ffmpegX (0.0.9h) support WMV an an input format.
