Is there any life insurance that doesn't screw you because of 9/11

I have been terribly deliquent in getting life insurance. I initiated the process back before I had kids and then looked back into it recently to discover the rates had gone way up. The explanation I got was that they all went up after 9/11.

Now, I would be perfectly happy to sign a waver foregoing any settlement if I happened to die in a terrorist attack, but I can't find any insurance that will do that.

Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, any recommendations?
