Okay, maybe a stupid question, but is there a console app for the Mac?

My third T1 keeps bouncing and I'm trying to figure out why. I usually console in on my PC to the sucker, but it is inconvenient to keep moving the PC to the other side of the house. I have found a cable which goes to USB, but wanted to know if there was something like Hyper Terminal for the Mac built in. The other two Ts work fine, so I suspect I need a new swell, but the rotten *astards at cisco won't replace it unless I can *prove* it is cycling.

Ideas on an App so I can watch it?

i think zterm is what you are looking for. its got a price tag though. mentioned on the page is a command line program called 'tip', which may work. i don't know where to find that though; i presume fink would have a version.
