Send e-mail to multiple recipients independently?

I'm going to be changing my e-mail address soon and am looking for a way to easily send out a "change of address" type e-mail to a group of people. I'd like the e-mail to be sent to each person individually though so the full list of e-mail addresses is not disclosed to everybody. Can Mail do this or is there some free list type program I can use?

Use the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) field and put everyone in there.

Your email program will probably require at least one address in the TO field, so make it your address.

Some people have their mail filters set so that all email coming to them as BCC: goes to junk filter. But if all of the people know you, the mail should not get lost.

    BCC: use is polite.
