Powerbook Memory

There are a lot of TiBook 512Mb memory modules out there. Anyone have any ideas on the best ones in a $100-$160 price range (about)(the $200+ crucial ones are too expensive) ? I saw one <a href="http://www.memoryx.net/powg466tit.html"; target="_blank">site</a> say that it had Samsung/Apple modules and that they are $400 on Apple's site, but they are selling them for $188. That sounds like a scam to me, but maybe it's true. I'm trying for non-stacked since it won't heat up my system like stacked modules, but most sites don't even tell you if they are selling stacked or non-stacked modules. This is frustrating, I don't want to end up getting crappy RAM modules for my soon-to-be new powerbook.

btw this is my first Mac , I'm tired of windows and linux is too much of a headache most of the time. And since I'm new to Macs I don't know a whole lot about how Mac laptop RAM differs from desktop ram either. If someone could at least point me in the right direction I'd be grateful. Thanks.
