imove 3 lost wedding video
Grrrrr
Last night I was using imove 3 to finishing editing the video I took of my sister-in-law's wedding.
I started to export to Quicktime full DV quality, but it was taking for ever so I decided to cancel and export at a lower quality as it was only for my better half to check.
I moved my powerbook over to the TV so that she could watch it on a big screen. When I re-opened the file I got a warning about screen size (which I adjusted) and as if by magic all the clips and time line was empty!
I also noticed that the format had changed to NTSC - I was using PAL.
Has anyone else experied this?
Does anyone have any tips that may help save me from another 3-4 evenings of re-editing?
Cheers

Final Cut Express or Pro.
I too have had some disappointing iMovie dumps, which is why I "switched" to FCE.
