Unsanity - lame customer service

I had heard so much about Unsanity's Silk, so I downloaded the trial version. I loved it. However, I seemed unable to get new fonts to show up in the Font Replacement window, even though every other program recognized them as being active.

Figuring I did something wrong, I wrote a message to Unsanity's support email address. After a week, I heard nothing. Over the past three weeks, I've sent the same message two more times, each time with no response. It's too bad--this one quirk was the only thing keeping me from buying the product.

Has anyone else had problems hearing back from them? Do you have to actually purchase their product before they'll give you the time of day?
