Building G4 -> No Boot

Currently I have a Gigabit board and dual 450 setup. I was sent a 20pin power connector instead of a 22pin. Since the last two pins were supposedly just for the ADC connector I decided to see if the 20pin would boot it. This was before I figured out it wouldn't work. Meanwhile the 22pin power supply arrived and when that is plugged in and all setup there is still no boot. I have changed the battery, triggered the Cuda switch, and still no boot. Anyone have any ideas. I can see the powersupply kinda spark the ADC connector so I know its good. My prediction is a dead motherboard. Is there something simple I'm missing or is this something big......?

    Try a different stick of ram. I have had some ram that would not let my G4 Boot in the Past.
