Do any of you all listen to international shortwave broadcasts?



If so what are some of your favorite frequencies?

RVI out of Belgium is very cool around 11640 Khz

    I don't have a short wave radio but it's something I've often thought about getting into.



    A few questions....



    What kind of money for a decent rig? Any recommended/not recommended brands? Do I need an an outdoor antenna?



    And no, I am not aware of this thing "google" of which they speak....

    Nothing expensive.. I have a Grundig / Eton S350 $99



    I just use the antenna the radio is supplied with. It is rather large when raised.
