8x superdrive

anybody know if there are plans to incorporate this superdrive into the powerbooks?

    Well... I'll go WAY out on a limb and say.... Yes and some point in the future when DVD drive manufactures make a 'slim-line / slot loading 8x DVD burner' Apple will indeed plan to make use of it in their PowerBooks.
