soundsticks :: usb port ?

do the soundsticks need to be in the amplified usb ports for proper amplification?



or can it do on the normal usb ports?

    the soundsticks (speakers) plugg directly into the iSub (they aren't USB). from the iSub to the Computer there's a USB cable.



    I have mine plugged into a Keyspan USB Hub.

    Sounds fine

    Just any old USB port! I have mine plugged into the back of my Powernook 800

    I would guess he's right that the sound is bad. please ...look at the price, I'm sure for that price if they were great, you'd have heard plenty by now. One look at them tells me that the sound is terrible without hearing them.

    I have soundsticks,so I wouldn't buy them anyway. Just wanted some info
