Login Window Issues.

I have recently had a few issues with the Login Window. I have fast user switching enabled simply so I can go to the login window when I leave the house. Works great, except for a few things... I have selected the option to disable the sleep, restart, and shutdown buttons. For some reason it still does not disable the sleep option. Secondly, my energy saving settings seem to not apply (the screen will not turn off, and the screensaver will not activate). If anyone has had similar issues or has suggestions, please lemme know. Thanks!

    AFAIK, the Login Window doesn't let the screen saver kick in, it just helps users log in.
