Ok, check this out, I sent an email to the company NorthGate that released their Integra LCD (all-in-one) PC a couple of days ago. There was a thread about it too. Look at the answer i got from them, they are pathetic.

Original message :

"Hi, I just wanted to say that your "Integra" PC is just a pile of crappy hardware with a very bad design. You think you can compete with this poor product? see ya next year, when you will be out-of-business!"

Answer (Daniel Sung <[email protected]&gt :

Thanks for your feedback, actually, it looks really better than the pictures. We will place some more "sexy" images on the site very shortly. Well, we value your feedback and respect it. Some of us here at Northgate were also Apple users at one point, and we can appreciate a good product

when we see one. We think you will be very impressed with the Northgate Integra and its performance, especially when using CPU demanding

applications such as Photoshop or Premier.

Things have gone a long way since the DOS days. The ease of use, user

interface, and operating system functionality are very similar with the recent release of MS XP. When you look intoperformance advantage, cost

advantage, and additional features and value, and the extensive volume of applications and peripherals, perhaps Northgate can earn your consideration for your next system. Thanks again for your message and we hope to have you as a customer, and we will make sure you will feel very good about it.

Your future friends at Northgate

Not bad considering you sent them a total jack-ass messsage (though I agree that the integra looks like crap)

I'd start sending a few nasty e-mails to Steve Jobs abou the pathetic state of Mac hardware and the insane prices Apple keeps putting on it.

Well, at least they have a professional attitude in response to an unprofessional query.

Unfortunately, their product is still a thoroughly unimpressive piece of engineering.

That was a childish e-mail message to send. If you don't like it, don't buy it. If Apple thinks it's an infringement on their designs, let them be pissed about it, it's not your job and being rude to a customer support person doesn't accomplish anything.

Dude that was the most UNintelligent email that i have ever read.

Yes you are entitled to your opinion and right to speak your mind, butt dang could ya use a little more "tact" than that.

yes the thing is butt ugly and i do agree with ya, butt golly-gee there are better ways of saying it.

The most amazing thing is that the company responed back to you with more class than you deserve.

Now thats a company that i would like to buy a product from....well if they made something I'd like to buy.

    sorry if I start any flames <img src="graemlins/surprised.gif" border="0" alt="[Surprised]" />

Hmm. 'Nice' e-mail to send. I'm sure you'll grow out of it.

Well, they replied professionally...as you'd expect.

Still, the cpu in the product they're selling...anybody got any benches on that vs the top end iMac?

Is it expandable or configurable too?

    RE: Matsu's point.

I'd like to see Apple offer configuration on their low to mid systems. I may like to upgrade the motherboard...the cpu...the graphics card even.

That Apple doesn't offer this on any system less that £1,350...well...shakes head. Just makes me wait longer between buying Apple.

They'd get more sales if they were MORE flexible.

Oh. And that 'iMac' rip off sucks.

But...it does score in a couple of points where the iMac doesn't.

    &lt;sigh&gt;

I was pointing out that fact to alert some AI'ers to what transpires with these companies messaging systems, if I lace some of my posts with sarcasm or idiosyncrasies thats just me!

Now on to YOU!!! If would take the time to look up what a "troll" does using an internet dictionary of terms, you would find YOUR frivilous post falls under "trolling". Making an attack like that on me normally is a waste of time, but here I go feeding you.

Now if you did infact goto one of those fabled net dictionaries you would also find other terms like "flaming".

    Let me elaborate...

Before you do that, send an e-mail to moto to complain about their slow processor development and the high prices they charge Apple.
