sending jpg's to aol problems

hello

my uncle is trying to send a jpg with aol, the problem is that the PC user that is getting the file only gets a mime file. the problem seems to be with the PC i think. any thoughts

    I had this problem a few weeks ago. StuffIt Expander will open the mime.

    yeah? apparently the guy getting the pics doesn't want to deal with another program or he doesn't know how to use it

    he may be sending multiple files. Tell him to try one JPG a time.
