I have a .dmg file that is 1.2 gigs on my PC. I need to burn it "cd-r" for a friend with OSX. Is there a way to split the file on a PC to burn it onto 2 disks and then put it back together on his MAC?
Please HELP thanks

You can encode it into a RAR file and segment it. Never done this myself, not sure about the details; a program like WinRAR may do it.

Sorry for all the questions I can't seem to find anything on google. I'm turing the dmg in a RAR file right now. How do you segment RAR files.
