OmniWeb 5 has almost made me a switcher, but there's just one thing holding me back: the ability to access Safari bookmarks on my .Mac account. Does there exist an app that allows me to do the same thing or something similar with OmniWeb 5?
OmniWeb will do that itself to a WebDAV server (apache can be setup to do it... and .Mac is a WebDAV server). The preference is at the bottom of the Bookmarks preference pane.

But that's for Mac to Mac syncing. I'm looking for something that allows me to access my OW bookmarks on the web, with any web browser.
I haven't played much with the bookmark syncing as I don't have a non-secure WebDAV server... but have you looked at the file it syncs... I would guess that it is in html format, just like OmniWeb's bookmarks.html file.
