I'm not sure of the details on how to set it up, but it can be done in the Internet Connect Application... File --> New VPN Connection

What kind of VPN are you connecting to? Is it PPTP, IPSec, or Cisco? It's a little confusing but you use internet connection to set it up. Then if your using DNS servers and such you'll need to go into networking and paste them into the new profile for VPN.

If you want help let me know, I'm the VPN master ;-)

Here's a question for you ... when I was using Windows, it would let me still keep my Internet connection intact (so I could browse, check email, etc.) while I was using VPN. But I haven't been able to do this in OS X ... when I hook up to a VPN, it blocks the rest of my Internet connections. Do you know of a fix/workaround? (PPTP)

just re-order your network connections in Network Prefs.

Use the link to the 3rd party VPN client above, apple's built in VPN client doesn't work with checkpoint.
