Server Level Junk Mail Filter

Hey guys, I have a unix dedicated server with a couple of sites on it. I wanted to install a server-level spam filter. I had SpamAssassin installed on the server but I have no idea how to configure it and all the damn instructions don't any sense to me. I am a front-end designer, and sadly, I know nothing when it comes to command-line stuff. Is there a GUI enabled app that will filter spam on my WHOLE server that I can manage in OS X or even from a browser?? PLease help!

Or, if anyone knows how to configure Spamassassin easily, please let me know how cause it is all geekspeak to me
