Now this is a biggy! I loved just about every performance he's given.

I just watched " The Freshman " the other day ( his comic homage performance to " The Godfather " ).

I loved the old Brando and I loved the young Brando. Truly a great performer who could do ( and add flair ) to many different kinds of roles.

Anyone ever see " The Formula " ? The interaction between him and George C. Scott at the end was priceless. Another one of those movies that you ask " Why the hell isn't this on DVD yet? ".

Man there's no more Brando's out there.

    Very sad indeed.

    He was fascinating .

He made a revolution in the art of acting, transposing the actor studio style in the cinema.

In the godfather the scene where he died while playing with his little son was astounding.

Even in the lame movie, Superman, he suceed to his role.

There is an after and before Marlon Brando.

Long read, but great link. Brando was different. Perhaps the most important actor of the twenty century.

I was shocked when I heard he died. I never thought about his end coming soon so I was completely unprepared. I would have loved to see him do even more later in life.

Now I do need to go back over his early career again.

There's a lot of his stuff I haven't seen, but what I know is powerful stuff. Compared to modern day actors, Brando really was special.
