I use limewire and am wondering if it intalls spyware on my mac, and if so, where do I find it to get rid of it?

Limewire doesn't use spyware.

They used to have a program called limeShop or something like that and that was the closest thing to spyware for OS X that I know. However there was an uproar of protest and that program was soon removed. If you get the latest version, I don't think it has LimeShop anymore.

XFactor has them all beat so far...
It supports all of the file sharing protocols in one app. Good interface. Stable.
LimeWire is anything but stable.
