There is a site out there that tells you the time of passage of the ISS, with time, direction and visibility based on your input. I can´t remember if it also shows other sattelites but it could be.
Do anyone know the site? I can´t find it again.

heavens-above.com is my preferred choice for ISS pass info,
though JTrack links to JTrack3D which has extra cool factor as hundreds of satellites orbit in Java
